Job Description

If you are an enthusiastic SeniorCare Assistant who wants to make a real difference, then you have come to the right place!What you will be doing:

  • Leading a team of Care Assistants
  • Managing the day-to-day needs of our residents
  • Delivering the highest standard of care
  • Ensuring all areas are kept clean and tidy
  • Supporting family members and visitors
  • Assisting with meals and daily activities
What you need to succeed:
  • At least a minimum of 2 years experience in delivering care or as a Senior Care Assistant
  • Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or willing to sign up/ or working towards it)
  • Trained in medication administration
  • Excellent people and customer service skills
  • Ability to induct & supervise junior staff
  • Time management skills to delegate tasks within a team
  • Good communication skills - verbal (great communication within the team and to other external professionals) and writing (ability to write and maintain care plans) & digital skills
  • Caring attitude
  • Flexible and reliable
