We do this through our groundbreaking Digital Marketing Academy - delivering the Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship to ambitious young people and entrepreneurial,forward-thinking businesses across England.About the Office and Business Support roleDue to our fast growth, we are looking for someone to be our Office and Business Support Manager. This is a varied and exciting opportunity to not only be the office and administration lead but to also support the Delivery and Sales & Marketing teams.Some of your accountabilities as our Office and Business Support Manager include:

  • Creating and implementing administrative systems to support a smooth, compliant and professional operation.
  • Coordinating the dissemination and updating of policies and recording of such.
  • Project management of the renovation of our new HQ, and subsequent daily management of the venue.
  • Liaison with all including apprentices, employers, partners and associates.
  • Keeping on top of all data in our CRM system.
  • Coordinating Employer induction sessions.
  • Supporting the process of onboarding new Apprentices and Employers onto the programme.
  • Helping to manage the diaries of the MD and Operations Manager.
  • Supporting key members of staff with administrative tasks.
  • Organising staff away days and celebrations.
We are a small team and there will be tasks that fall outside of the above key responsibilities.Due to the variety of the position, we require someone that is open to working in a dynamic and fluid way No two days will be the same!ABOUT YOUWe are looking for an experienced, dynamic and motivated person, who thrives in a busy environment.We also would love you to have many of the following:
  • A few years of business support and/or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excel, Word, Dropbox and Google Drive knowledge
  • Highly organised and attention to detail
  • A can do positive attitude
  • Confidence to challenge, and question in the pursuit of excellence and efficiency
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise and to multi-task
  • Proven ability to confidently communicate with people across a business including business owner and their new apprentice
  • Experience in supporting teams at all levels
