Job Description

Working within a wider payroll team this role will be responsible for supporting a varied client Payroll. You will be allocated your own portfolio of clients to partner and will be overseeing the running of their individual payrolls from start to finish, working within Service level agreements you will have the opportunity to build rewarding and strong working relationship with your client base. Advising and guiding them through any Payroll related queries to find solutions, whilst providing them with a first class payroll service. The role is open to those who may already work within a Payroll Bureau or practice environment as well as those who may currently run inhouse payrolls but wish to expand their experience and work on client payroll roles.   • Responsible for a multi frequency payroll for a portfolio of payroll clients
  • Ensure you receive and process the payroll to the deadlines as well as pension uploads.
  • Monitor the progress of payroll processing and payment of tax through tax cycle.
  • Use appropriate resources to gain technical payroll knowledge.
  • Provide technical assistance to clients
  • Prepare RTI returns.
