Job Description

Role: Sales & Marketing DirectorSalary: £80,000 - £90,000Location: Chesterfield Im delighted to be working with a fantastic Chesterfield based business! Following years of continued growth, the company are looking to appoint a highly organised and qualified Sales & Marketing Director to their existing team. The company is one of the UKslargest and most successful private companies in their field, with a really friendly and inclusive culture. The Sales & Marketing Director will be responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. You will be responsible managing the sales team (circa 20), meeting annual targets, establishing relationships and analysing customer trends.Role and Responsibilities:* Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets* Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Sales team* Developing the Sales Team including implementing training plans and managing quality of calls* KPI setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.* Conduct weekly 1-2-1 meetings to engage, motivate and develop the Sales team.* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.* Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts* Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Senior Management TeamKey Skills, Experience and Qualities:* Proven background in managing a sales team* Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets* Previous experience as a sales manager or sales and marketing director* Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation* Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills* Excellent verbal and written communications skillsSalary & Benefits: * £80,000 - £90,000 DOE + Bonus + Car Allowance* 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays* Employer contributory pension scheme* A challenging and rewarding role in a successful and growing business* The opportunity to grow with a businessHow to Apply: To apply please send your CV, quoting our reference and specifying which website you saw this position advertised on.
