EYFS Teaching Assistant | Chesterfield, S41 | £95-£110 a day | Long-term to Perm | Full Time | ASAP.Supportive SLT | Career Development | On site Parking | Good Rated SchoolLTF Recruitment is currently in search of an Early Years Practitioner to join the dedicated support staff team at a renowned school in Chesterfield, specialising in their Reception Class.This role requires a candidate with extensive experience and a proven track record of working with young children, offering exceptional support and teaching to our pupils. As a pivotal member of the team, you will play a crucial role in managing the experiencesof both students and their families, fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.Key Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and actively engaging children in various learning and play activities.
  • Providing close support to pupils facing challenges within the classroom environment.
  • Collaborating closely with fellow team members.
  • Tailoring support and teaching approaches to meet the individual needs of the children.
Desirable candidates will possess:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years curriculum.
  • A genuine passion for supporting and engaging children with diverse learning needs.
  • Preferably, training and/or qualifications in working with children on the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
