Job Description

Quest Employment are recruiting for a Kiosk Store Colleague to join a large food retail store and step into the exciting world of food retail kiosks. Were all about serving up fresh, delicious meals prepared right in store, perfect for customers on thego or those looking to enjoy a tasty meal at home.In this role, youll be the forefront of ensuring the concession kiosk operates seamlessly.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following;

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver top-notch service to our customers promoting premium products, showcasing extensive product knowledge, and driving sales.
  • Food Preparation: Engage in basic food preparation, including chopping vegetables, measuring and mixing ingredients, and heating a delectable range of items such as Pizzas, Mexican Foods, Macaroni & Cheese, Chicken Parmigiano, and Sidedishes.
  • Merchandising: Maintain eye-catching product displays and ensure timely restocking.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the concession kiosk impeccable clean and tidy before, during and after service.
  • Operational Excellence: Follow established opening and closing routines, control systems, and meticulous record-keeping practices.
  • Food Safety: Adhere to stringent personal hygiene standards and ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with your colleagues to achieve our shared goals, providing customers with a superior experience.
  • Flexibility: Embrace a flexible approach, as shifts are required to cover operational hours from 7am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday.

  • Experience: Previous catering or retail experience is a plus.

  • Quick Learner: Has the ability to learn quickly and work effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Food Safety: Holds a Basic Food Hygiene Level 2 certification
