Job Description

Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Barlborough – Competitive Salary + Great Benefits PackageOur revamped training course has already been a great success, with our current associates earning bonuses and winning business. Over the six months of the programme, youll acquire all the skills and knowledge you need to become a successful recruitment consultant in your chosen industry. With support from our Business Manager, a hands-on Managing Director, and a supportive team ofcolleagues, youll be set up for success.In Return You’ll Receive:

Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
  • Cold calling potential clients to gain new business and better understand their needs
  • Attending regular client meetings
  • Working in partnership with clients to fill all given vacancies
  • As a specialist recruiter, you will advise clients on the candidate market and any key trends
  • Using a company database, job boards, adverts, and social media to source candidates
  • Regularly meet with candidates to discuss their experience, preferences and needs
  • Developing trusting relationships with candidates through offering support and honest advice
  • Providing excellent aftercare to placed candidates and their employers.
Hours:Full-time, Monday to Friday 35 hours a week with an early finish on a Friday.Required Skills & Experience:
  • To be considered for this role you must have a genuine interest in building relationships with both your candidates and clients
  • Have up to a maximum of 2 year’s experience in either recruitment or sales experience
  • You will be a confident communicator both verbally and written
  • Ideally, you will be a graduate ready to start a career that offers realistic progression opportunities
  • Naturally, you will be a resilient person who has both drive and ambition to succeed
  • To succeed in recruitment you will be self-motivated and able to work often to tight deadlines.
