Summary: HR Manager (Across 2 sites)Car allowance as part of the packageStudy supportLong term growth and career path potential for this roleOur client a well established global business are looking to recruit a HR Manager to be part of a dedicated and passionate national HR team. This manufacturing site takes pride in providing high quality products to its customers and you will be a key part inimplementing the HR strategy and process across 2 sites. This role will offer a varied and autonomous opportunity covering all aspects of HR. Based in Chesterfield and covering another site 2 days per week, some remote working when needed. You will work incollaboration with plant managers and support managers with all things ER, recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, policy, procedure, and projects.The role itself
  • Support all managers with employee relations cases
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives throughout the business
  • Working with managers with end to end recruitment
  • Creating and implementing an onboarding process for new hires
  • Coaching and influencing managers supporting on absence
  • Working with plant managers on succession planning and talent management
  • Assess training needs and co-ordinate learning and development initiatives
  • Review HR process and implement new procedures where needed
The Candidate
  • A proven background in a similar Human Resource Management role
  • Capable of handling complex ER cases
  • Used to working in a fast pace environment ideally within manufacturing
  • A minimum of CIPD level 5 or equivalent
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement
  • Self-sufficient with the ability to work autonomously and form strong working relationships
  • Good working knowledge of MS packages including Excel
