They build long term relationships with clients and are successful and growing Their main workstream is government refurbishments - including prisons, MOD, housing /commercial, and infrastructure works. (Option to be site based the majority of the time if it suits your location)The scheme is the multi-million pound refit on the airport terminal. You will be working alongside another experienced Quantity Surveyor managing the site logistics - site setup, security, fire watch, traffic management. You will be key in pulling the projecttogether / keeping it running smoothly The right person You will have some sort of construction qualifications. You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor You will have experience being a project / site based Quantity Surveyor It would be a plus if you aresecurity cleared, although this is not essential. Working hours 8-5 Monday to Thursday and 8-4.30 Friday Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveying / Chesterfield / Derbyshire / Sheffield / Derby / Manchester
