What will my duties be This role will have a particular emphasis on All aspects of purchase ledger including entering invoices and credit notes. Reconciliation of supplier accounts. Expense claims and petty cash claims. What is the salary and hours A highly competitive annual salary of £18.750 per annum is on offer. The role is Full Time and Permanent, 35 hours a week, Monday - Friday. We offer a Hybrid Working model after completion of training which encompasses 2 days working in the office & 3 days working from home.You will also receive state of the art equipment and technology to complete the role to the best of your ability from home! What were looking for: Experience of working in high volume purchase ledger positions with experience of both inputting, reconciling and query resolution EssentialA very good level of competency on Excel is required. Including the use of look up formulas. Experience in a Purchase Ledger role. DesirableAAT qualification Experience of multi-site operation GCSE Grade C (4) in Maths and English Key performance indicators:Number of Invoices/Credits in query Number of invoices/Credits processed Allocations and reconciliations up to date
