Wesupply allthe UKs food retailers with everything from Sandwiches, soups and sushi to cooking sauces, pickles and ready meals.We are on the lookout for a Management & Leadership facilitator to join our team and help us deliver our award winning programme of face to face and virtual learning events to our management and leadership teams, along with supporting leaders to drive highperformance in their teams. This is senior professional role, where youll need a depth of experience and expertise in leadership and management development.What youll be doingThe role will involve delivering learning to our management teams, and colleagues across the whole of the UK, so extensive travel may be required, for which a car/allowance will be provided. Whilst we are flexible on your base location, it would be preferableif you are situated within100 miles or 2 hours drive of Chesterfield as that is wherethe team regularly meets.Greencore promotes a culture where colleagues can be themselves. Finally, youll support growth and development on an individual basis through facilitatingour 360 feedback approach, offering coaching/mentoring to individuals and applying your expertise in psychometrics as part of our development of talent.We are looking for a someone with excellent business consulting skills, and extensive experience working with managers and leaders to develop their own and their teams capability. Its likely that youll hold a nationally recognised qualification(s) in theapplication of psychometrics in an occupational setting, be an experienced coach and have extensive experience delivering, facilitating, and leading learning, able to confidently lead groups, professionals, and senior leaders.What were looking forYoull have a passion for, interest and detailed understanding of management and leadership theories, tools, and techniques which is brought to fruition in your delivery, coaching and or mentoring and ideally have broad knowledge and experience in the useand application of personality assessments, and their value in the context of coaching, development, and mentoring.
