HR ManagerLocation: ChesterfieldSalary: £NegotiableAn excellent opportunity awaits a CIPD qualified HR Manager to join a leading law firm. We are seeking an experienced HR professional to fill this integral role. Our client offers a wide range of benefits including a competitive starting salary, hybrid workingand on-site parking. The role requires travel across a few offices so a driving licence and access to a car is essential.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.Support Senior and Line Managers on HR activities.Act as a lead on recruitment and manage talent pipeline.Ensuring that all new starters are on-boarded and provided with a thorough induction.Edit and update the Employee Handbook and associated policies.Manage employee relations, performance, and training.Monitor sickness absence and online platforms.Produce monthly MI and statistics reports.Maintain accurate HR records.Skills and Experience:5+ years HR experienceCurrent knowledge of employment lawStrong generalist HR skills including delivering training and carrying out disciplinaries.Effective communicator and stakeholder manager
