A well-established organisation based within the Chesterfield area is seeking a technical, friendly, and determined Graduate Service Desk Technicianto join theirteam on a 12-month FTC basis! This organisation offers incredible benefits, including 30 daysholiday plusbank holidays, with flexible working hours allowing your shift to take place anytime between 8am - 6pm during a 37.5 hour working week.Working in a small, dedicated team and reporting directly to the Senior Service DeskTechnician, you will be instrumental in being the first point of contact for IT-related matters regarding first and second-line support for approximately 1,200 end-users.You will have approximately 1 day a week dedicatedphone cover and will be required to maintain and report against the incident management system, change, and management system. There are also some exciting IT projects that are ongoing that you will be ableto get involved with.To be considered you will have an IT-related degree and some practical experience, whether through volunteering or a placement. A customer service background would benefit you greatly!
