Job Description

THE COMPANY:Brewster Partners are working with a business in Chesterfield to recruit a Sales Account Manager to cover a maternity cover. The role will support the Sales Manager during maternity cover for a 12 month fixed term contract with the possibility to permanently join the sales team.THE JOB:

  • The role will support the Sales Manager and team to achieve sales team target
  • Account Management - providing excellent customer service to grow existing relationships & identifying opportunities
  • Processing of sales orders
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to manage customer expectations
  • Identifying existing, lapsed and new business opportunities within the scope of your accounts
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and internal colleagues at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries, issues and complaints
    • THE PERSON:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to develop an understanding of the companies products, markets and USPs
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Able to communicate to international stakeholders
  • Willing to travel in the UK and abroad
  • Full UK driving licence
    • THE BENEFITS:
  • Holidays: 25 days plus Bank Holidays
  • Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 4pm
  • Salary: £24k
  • Fixed term; Full time 12months (with option to move to permanent)
