You will be tasked with leading 3 IT Engineers and 2 school sites. Both school sitesare within 1 mile of each other and are connected to the same IT network. As part of the Schools Network Manager opening, youll be involved in providing leadership and acting as a technical escalation to issues arising across the sites. You will foster strong relationships internally and with external vendors and an IT Managed Serviceprovider. Having the ability to interact well with students and staff is essential. The Network Manager must be friendly, approachable and able to provide technical guidance to those who might not have the best technical knowledge.To be a successful Network Manager within the school, you will need to have technical capabilities in the following areas:* Hyper-V Virtual Platforms* Azure and Office 365* Windows Server 2019/2022 and Physical Server Cabs.* OneDrive / SharePoint / Teams and Google Classroom* RM Network experience would be highly desirable* Network Infrastructure including Switches and Routers / VLANs / Cabling* School Hardware including Projectors, AV and Interactive WhiteboardsNote: Candidates will need to be on-site 5 days a week.
