Technical Services Support Location: ChepstowPosition: Full time, PermanentSalary: Circa £40,000 p/a DOEOur Client We are delighted to be partnered with this well-established, manufacturing business based in Chepstow. Work productively and effectively on tasks whilst maintaining a positive attitude andmanaging the expectations of others.The Opportunity: Reporting to the Head of Technical Services, this role will be liaising with colleagues and external customers. Ensuring great communication and presentation throughout the business. Responsible for assisting customers in installation of systems, ensuringcorrect manufacture and installation of products. This is a great opportunity for an organised and personable individual to step-up their career within a family feel team of expertise.Responsibilities of Technical Services Support:

• Support, advise and troubleshoot to add value to the customer, providing a great service between company and customer
• Provide theoretical, practical fabrication and installation support on systems to colleagues and customers
• Uphold the companys professional and enthusiastic reputation
• Investigate any product complaints and resolve issues
• Providing estimation support and conveying data on product certification
• Observation Feedback to the R&D Manager for action if problems are caused by a product issue rather than incorrect fabrication or installation
• Work towards company KPIs, contributing to training programmes
• Fulfil company, customer and project requirements
• Support in house teams with technicalities when necessary
• Work in line with company processes and procedures

Required Experience:

• Proven track record of being computer literate
• Previous experience of building and maintaining relationships with colleagues and customers
• 5 years experience within a similar role in a technical department
• AutoCAD experience
• Familiar with the latest Building Regulations and Legislations
• Strong knowledge across Microsoft Office platforms
• Basic knowledge of LogiKal / Orgadata softwares
• Ability to define problems, collect data and conclude
