Please visit strive . co . uk for additional roles across engineering, production, warehouse & transport operations.Stock Controller£25,740.00 + Overtime + BenefitsMonmouthshireOur client is a leading FMCG Distributor and we are delighted to assist them in their search for an experienced Stock Control professional as they look to recruit a Stock Controller (Days) at their DC in Chepstow on a Monday to Friday basis (0830hrs - 1800hrs).Reporting into the Senior Stock Controller, you will be working within a busy warehouse environment.Key Responsibilities & Duties as Stock Controller:

  • Ensuring the operational efficiency of all stock related functions
  • Print off relevant information sheets to assist in stock control
  • Problem solving
  • Stock counting daily
  • Effective stock management
  • Perform stock checks when required
  • Meeting your teams KPI’s
  • Accurate paperwork completion
Qualifications & Skills as Stock Controller:
  • You must be computer literate, and have an understanding of Word and Excel
  • Previous experience in stock control would be advantageous
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety practices within a warehousing environment
  • Must have a Counterbalance Forklift truck licence
  • IOSH - Managing safely - advantageous
  • Full driving licence
