Are you a payroll specialist looking for that next step up If so we have a fantastic newly created Payroll Team Leader position working for a market leading business based near Chepstow. Overseeing a team of 4 people this role will take responsibility forthe timely processing of over 5000 monthly paid employees ensuring the team has uploaded all the necessary information accurately for a smooth and seamless payment process. Youll be someone who is strong on excel (lookups), someone who has the ability tomulti task and problem solve and someone who can develop the more inexperienced members of the team. As someone with strong communication skills this is the ideal step up or sideways move for an experienced payroll professional and youll be supported by afantastic management team. You do not need previous team leading, management or supervisory experience but you do need to be strong on all things payroll and be happy to be an escalation point for less senior members of the team. If youre keen to make yourfirst step into people management then this is a great opportunity.
