Job Description

Head Chef - Beachley Barracks£29.360 per annum / 37.5 hours per week Were currently recruiting an ambitious Head Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding culinary experience.   • The Head Chef is primarily responsible for producing the food for Staff Dining and Hospitality
  • Prepare, cook and present food to the highest standards checking for taste, presentation and quality.
  • To ensure all food preparation is carried out in accordance with food hygiene procedures
  • Support all areas of the Kitchen as required
  • To ensure food is served promptly and work is carried out quickly and efficiently to keep up when busy
