Job Description

Export Sales Business Development Manager (BDM) - Lifting and Hoisting Machine OEM Europe (EUW), Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Asia-Pacific (APAC) Appropriate overseas location and a blend of UK Office and Home-based Work Circa £35k Basic, OTE £45k, Plus Car Allowance and PensionThe OpportunityEmbark on a thrilling journey with a leading provider of lifting and hoisting safety solutions. This role calls for an ambitious Export Sales BDM to drive growth and forge new paths in diverse international markets. You will play a crucial role in developingand managing relationships with channel partners and key end users, focusing on dynamic sectors like Water and Oil & Gas across the Middle East, Asia, Spain, Scandinavia, and Eastern Europe.The CompanyA trailblazer in the industry, known for its commitment to innovation and client experience. Joining this team meansbecoming part of an organization that values technology, customer focus, and industry-leading safety solutions.The Role- Cultivate and manage relationships with channel partners, resellers, and hire companies.- Expand sales and gross margins in targeted international markets.- Establish sustainable commercial relationships and expand market reach.- Engage in frequent travel for market development and partner engagement.The Profile- Over 3 years of B2B technical sales experience in non-EU markets.- Expertise in OEM equipment sales, especially in lifting and hoisting machinery.- A strong background in dealing with Water and Oil & Gas industry products.- Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team structure.The Remuneration- A competitive salary package with an OTE of £45k.- Additional benefits including car allowance and pension.- An exciting role offering international travel and significant growth potential.
