Forths founder also won the Health & Wellbeing Entrepreneur of the Year forWales at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards in 2020.Delivering excellent customer service is one of our key priorities, and we are looking for a customer champion to ensure the quality of our service remains high as our customer base grows.The RoleAs a Customer Champion your day to day role will be supporting customers with their queries through our online ticketing system..Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering exceptional customer service via email and online chat
  • Advising and supporting customers through excellent product knowledge
  • Liaising with the our laboratory partners and medical team with enquiries
  • Keeping our FAQs up to date and expanding where necessary

Requirements:
  • At least one year of relevant experience

Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, 5 days per week, 37.5 hours a week (9am-5.30pm)LocationOur office is based in Chepstow, just off the Severn Bridge. We offer flexible working, with 2-3 days per week spent in the office and the other days at home (subject to covid rules).Salary£18,000 to £20,00 PARewards and benefits
