Job Description

About ForthForth is a data-driven health tech company which empowers people to reach their personal best through biomarker profiling. Forths mission is to help people improve their health by giving them insight into their bodys biochemistry, together with informationon the small changes they can make to be the best versions of themselves.Forth has gone from strength to strength over the last 5 years, doubling revenue year on year and this year saw the company launch a ground-breaking product for womens health. Forths founder also won the Health & Wellbeing Entrepreneur of the Year forWales at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards in 2020.We are now looking to build on this success by recruiting a Community & Content Executive to help us deliver our ambitious growth objectives.The RoleThe Community & Content Executive will report into the Head of Growth and will be responsible for social media, content, email and podcasts.This is a great opportunity to build an engaged community around the Forth brand and to help this innovative start-up deliver ambitious targets.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Forths social media channels in line with the social media strategy. This will include community management, the upkeep of the social media calendar, creating social media posts, running Instagram Lives and looking at new ways to grow followersand engagement.
  • Create and publish engaging blog content taking an audience-first approach and using SEO insight. To manage the upkeep of the content calendar, working with our SEO agency to identify opportunities and create content that engages our audience across thebuyer journey working with external copywriters.
  • Support on the implementation of the email marketing strategy by creating and broadcasting weekly emails, optimising existing eCRM strands and implementing new journeys to increase revenue and aid retention.
  • To own the launch of Forths Podcast channel. You will have responsibility over all aspects of creating, launching and promoting Forths first Podcast series focused on womens health working with internal as well as external experts to deliver highly engagingcontent.
Experience:
  • We are looking for someone who has 1-2 years experience in community and content management either agency or client side.
  • Ideally, youll have an interest in health & wellbeing. An interest in exercise/training is also an advantage.
  • Experience in hands-on management of email, content, social media and podcasts is required, with the ability to demonstrate success stories across these channels.
  • Experience of running a podcast.
  • Keen to keep yourself up to date on emerging health & wellbeing trends and how to utilize these trends to drive growth for the brand across the channels you own.
  • A creative flair and keen to share and deliver new ideas.
  • Would enjoy working in a fast moving start-up environment and be able to change direction quickly in reaction to the changing landscape.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently with a good sense of initiative.
Hours of Work:This is a full-time position, 5 days week, 7.5 hours per day.Location:Our office is based in Chepstow, just off the Severn Bridge. 2-3 days per week in the office with the other days home-based (subject to covid rules).Salary:£22,000 to £25,000 pa depending on experience, plus work-based pension scheme.Rewards and benefits:
