Job Description

Administrator £22,000 per annum Full Time, Permanent 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday Chepstow Autograph Recruitment are delighted to be partnered with a local business in Chepstow, They are seeking a full-time Administrator to join their well-established, family feel team.Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate required to be good on the phone and very organised. Diligent, tidy, endowed with common sense and the ability to take responsibility. Consistent and able to complete tasks thoroughly applying intelligenceand broader understanding where necessary. Good under pressure, punctual, and flexible.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a timely and accurate response to enquiries
  • Preparing invoices and taking payments
  • Credit control
  • Maintaining good relationships with clients and contacts
  • Liaising with suppliers, keeping all office supplies, stationary and equipment in stock
  • Maintain diary schedule and other PA duties
  • Keep spreadsheets up to date and accurate
  • Carrying out general office duties such as maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing, archiving, and document scanning

  • Analytical and numeracy skills
  • Communication skills and the ability to work as a team as well as on own initiative
  • Proficient across Microsoft platforms
