Job Description

Are you looking to join an award winning, industry leaving company with fantastic, brand new facilities A fantastic opportunity has become available to join the team as a Customer Service Administrator where youll be speaking with customers and suppliedand processing sales through the systems. Working Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:00am in Cheltenham and a salary of £22,000 + benefits this is a great opportunity.Benefits:

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Handling customer enquiries over the telephone and via email.
  • Processing sales orders.
  • Reviewing and processing supplier purchase invoices
  • Ordering office supplies to include stock monitoring and ordering.
  • Any other reasonable office tasks to ensure smooth running of the business
Skills and Attributes:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
