Job Description

Our client is a hugely successful independent Financial Services company who pride themselves on being different from the rest. They offer a high level of service across the board and focus on their clients needs.They are looking for an experienced PA to assist the Manage Director to provide administrative support, normally on a one to one basis. This is a full-time permanent position that is Monday - Friday and the salary is between £25,000 - £30,000depending on background and experience.Key duties include;

  • Creating and maintaining suitable systems and processes including data management and filing
  • Arranging travel/ accommodation and from time to time travelling locally with the Director to take notes or dictation at meetings
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and request and handling when appropriate
  • Meeting and greeting visitors on behalf of the Director
  • Organising and attending meeting and ensuring the Director is well prepared
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for internal consumption
In addition to supporting the Director the candidate will also have their own personal workload and responsibilities.The successful candidate must have;
  • Previous experience in PA position
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Analytical approach to solving problems
  • Key eye for details
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads
  • Positive and proactive approach to work
  • Communication skills
