A Showroom and Office Assistant is required by a prestigious high-end fabric company in Chelsea. 2 - 3 days per week will be spent in the showroom and the rest of the week will be spent in the office which is in a separate location.The role will involve putting fabric schemes together for clients and presenting the luxury fabric collections, maintaining the showroom and dealing with phone calls. The office side of the role will involve providing sales support including processing orders, dealing with customer service enquiries, liaising with clients via phone and email on order status and generally supporting the team with all round administration.The role is offered on a 5 day per week basis 9am - 5.30pm. Candidates are either required to have experience of working with interior design fabrics or alternatively a fabric related degree or similar. Applicants must be happy to work in both a showroom and an office environment with an excellent telephone manner and experience of providing a high level of customer service. Required skills
