Job Description

Telemarketing Team Leader Manager. Salary £40-£45 Basic plus £12K uncapped. Based in Chelmsford. Our client is an established conference/exhibition company who holds business conferences and summits. They are looking to recruit a dynamic Telemarketing Team Leader looking for a new challenge. They have been highly successful in growing their events,but the key to success is being able to deliver a suitable delegate audience for these events. Your role is to telemarket delegates who would be interested in attending their events. The company has an excellent reputation and the events they hold are businesscritical in the market they serve.What is required of a Telemarketing Team LeaderThe role would suit someone with experience in leading a sales team. The main requirement is to be a player-manager and be happy to lead by example. You must be highly articulate and skilled in dealing with people in high-level positions to maximise salesgrowth. Experienced in managing and motivating a small team whilst training, setting KPIs and hitting targets. Although you will start with a small team, the aim will be to grow this in time. As the Team Leader, you will be required to attend their eventsin the UK and internationally.What skills and experience are required to be successful in this Telemarketing Team Leader role
