Full or Part-Time RICS Registered Valuer - Various location - £45,000-£60,000Our client a highly successful well-known independent based in Essex, have a team of residential surveyors working throughout Essex, providing private, professional, and corporate clients with survey and valuation advice.They are seeking to recruit an experienced RICS Registered Valuer to undertake RICS Homebuyers survey reports and various types of valuations. This full or part-time role is home-based, and the surveyor would be employed exclusively on a flexible split-fee arrangement (similar to a self-employed status).For every job the Surveyor undertakes, they would take a decent split of the fee.Location would very much depend on where the Surveyor lives, as they would be provided with work as close to home as possible. On target earnings will very much depend on how many days and hours the relevant Surveyor would want to work. As a general guide, our permanent Surveyors working full 5 days a week currently earn between £45,000-£60,000p/a. This would ideally suit an experience Surveyor seeking semi-retirement or more flexible working arrangements. Required skills
