Job Description

Live in Care Assistant Who are we:London Teaching Pool is a CQC registered agency that delivers high quality care and support to individuals living in Essex County. We are currently seeking for committed and hardworking Live-In Heath Care Assistants to join our supportive establishment in Hainault to undertake a number of new projects throughout Essex County.About the role:To assist in domiciliary care provision in order to provide high quality care and live in support services to clients living in the community/in their own home.To provide high standards of personal care to service users in the communityTo provide general house-keeping dutiesTo provide companionshipTo provide assistance with meal times (i.e. food preparation)To provide assistance/prompting with Medication To accompany the clients to appointments, trips out and social activitiesTo provide assistance with ShoppingTo promote client’s rights, choice, independence, individuality, privacy and dignityTo treat clients with respect and keep them safe.To provide person centred care.
