Lettings Manager

    • Lettings ManagerThe demand for Residential Lettings is booming at present and due to the on-going expansion of their business an established and forward thinking independent Lettings Agency are looking for a bright and ambitious individual to lead their office forward.Lettings ManagerResponsibilities: In your capacity as Lettings Manager you will be the daily driver of the business and must be comfortable with setting targets and providing leadership, direction and inspiration through your own outstanding ability.Lettings Manager Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Lettings industry is required at senior level and must include responsibility for take-ons.Lettings Manager Remuneration:Basic salary to £25,000 with on target earnings of £45,000.Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents hits 14 years of successful trading.
