ARE YOU A PROFESSIONAL BODYSHOP CONTROLLER GREAT CAREER OPPORTUNITY WITH THIS GREAT COMPANY!SALARY UPTO £35K + BENEFITS + BONUSMy client a Bodyshop in the Essex area are looking for a highly experienced BODYSHOP CONTROLLER to join their friendly team.My client is looking for an experienced Bodyshop Controller to join their already successful motor trade team working within this busy Bodyshop.You will need to be a team player and able to work to deadlines. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to use your own initiative.Responsibilities:

  • Delegating work to the technicians
  • Liasing between the technicians and customers
  • Supporting the Directors and BDM
The applicant will be a pro-active member of the dealerships management team and be responsible for overseeing and motivating the team of professional bodyshop technicians.Experience working within a busy main dealer environment is essential. A good understanding of the warranty process is also beneficial.The successful applicant must have an excellent attitude and be able to work as part of a team.
