Job Description

This role will work within the Business Intelligence team based in the Chelmsford Head Office.

  • You will be responsible for the production of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports utilising Excel skills and reporting knowledge to recommend changes that would improve efficiency
  • Mentor and support the Client Reporting Analysts
  • Support the Insight team with projects as and when is required
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure reporting requirements are met, on time, and to a high standard
  • Support testing of newly built reports to ensure they meet initial requirements
  • Build an understanding of data fields and data structure that are pertinent to the reporting suite
  • Ensure that all client reports requirements and report specifications are updated when appropriate
  • Build and maintain a strong rapport with Clients, Partners, and Staff
  • Maintain a culture of the utmost importance of data, data processes, data integrity, accuracy, and cleanliness
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be determined from time to time
    • Candidates MUST have strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PIVOT tables etc).Aside from excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, you will need high attention to detail, highly organised and able to manage multiple projects.In return, you will join a company that develops careers in an innovative and collaborative global environment, with a variety of training opportunities available.
