Our client is a highly established and reputable Independent, multi branched Estate Agency, who pride themselves on focused professionalism and excellent local knowledge. They are currently seeking a Mortgage and Protection Adviser for their Mortgage Services team.The successful Mortgage and Protection Adviser will be maximising all new business opportunities generated for potential applicants, buyers and sellers, ensuring compliance, identifying business prospects and adhering to compliance. This role is covering 2 offices and you will be covering their branches in Wallington and North Cheam.The successful Mortgage and Protection Adviser will: - Have experience in a Mortgages role - Be comfortable working in a fast, paced environment - CeMAP or equivalent qualified - Ideally drive and have your own car.Job Summary: ·To maximise all new business opportunities from all opportunities generated within the branch for all potential applicants, buyers and sellers. ·To be effective in following up all new and existing business leads generated from the above including those from their existing client bank. ·To ensure compliance with the sales process, operating procedures, and advice standards, and the performance management system, using I.T solutions whenever possible to improve the efficiency of our service. ·The target is to do business with at least 3 clients per week with a product mix of at least 50 % life insurance and general insurance sales to mortgage sales. The annual banked income target for a full time adviser is £110,000.00 ·To assist in the training and motivation of the branch staff to encourage appropriate lead generation to the Mortgage Services, and to self generate leads from missed opportunities ·Collect, record accurately and update all client information and assess client’s needs, matching with appropriate Mortgage Products, Protection and General Insurance products, and at all times Treating Customers Fairly in accordance with the company’s policy on TCF. ·To comply with and observe the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, all rules made pursuant to the Act by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), applying to the Mortgage and Protection Business carried on by Mortgage Services, the Data Protection Act and all other compliance regulations.If you are successful with my client you will be offered an attractive benefits package to include: - £23-25K basic salary depending on your experience - £3k Travel allowance - Realistic OTE £40-45K - Inspirational training - Exciting career opportunities - Other fantastic benefits including discounts on their benefits site.
