Want to help manage a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP) accountable for the IT of SME and Corporate customers across CheshireOrganic growth has created a new role with direct responsibility for managing the day to day service delivery and operations function whilst leading the service team members and making sure clients are supported and happy.Mentoring, motivating and managing a growing team of engineers with various skill sets who are responsible for day to day ticket resolution, major incidents, project delivery and system monitoring is a key focus of the role.Having an extensive technical background is not essential although at minimum an understanding of IT fundamentals and technology is required and by virtue of prior roles candidates will likely have experience of working with common MSP tools and technologies, such as Autotask, Datto, ConnectWise, Kaseya, Zendesk, VMware, AWS, Azure and Office 365 in a management capacity.The successful candidate will draw on prior experience in owning just some of the following role attributes;
