We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Service and Maintenance Manager to joinour dynamic team. This hands-on role will play a pivotal part in ensuring our projects are well-maintained and function seamlessly, meeting the highest standards of quality.As a Service and Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the service and maintenance operations within our construction / manufacturing projects. This role involves a hands-on approach, ensuring that the built environment remains in optimumcondition and that client expectations are met and exceeded.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and plans for various construction projects, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and client needs.
  2. Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of maintenance personnel, including technicians and contractors, ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards.
  3. Quality Assurance: Oversee and maintain the quality of service and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  4. Budget Management: Monitor and manage the maintenance budget for each project, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
  5. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their maintenance requirements promptly and professionally.
  6. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations and best practices, creating a safe working environment.
  7. Technical Expertise: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to improve service quality and efficiency.
  8. Reporting: Prepare regular maintenance reports, detailing the progress, issues, and solutions for each project.
  9. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly, working with the team to find innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in service and maintenance management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
