  • Lead and Define and own product pricing strategies
  • Lead and deliver technical / specialist analysis of the product portfolio
  • Interrogate the E2E customer experience to support the delivery of business plans
  • Lead and translate budget and plans into forecast and volumetrics by channel
  • Define the customer challenge, barrier or opportunity that underpins commercial or operational goals
  • Lead and define the selection of multiple criteria to examine customer behaviours and marketing delivery
  • Lead and provide pricing expertise and consultancy support across the business area to carry out analyses and investigations (independently or through technical leadership) of complex problems, issues and opportunities. Presenting own ideas and views, raising issues an challenging the perceived thinking
  • Lead and develop the delivery of pricing elasticity and propensity models
  • Lead and maintain sourcing system strategy
  • Develop customer insight and contact strategies
  • Ensure data is structured and integrated to create a single version of the truth
  • Lead the sourcing of data, understand business performance and provide interpretation for balanced commerciality
  • Optimise pricing strategies and product constructs
  • Lead strong Customer Conduct and TCF values, with adherence to regulation and production of MI
  • Lead and manage all regulatory, operational and conduct risks arising from the product set in accordance with the firms risk appetite delivering positive outcomes.
  • Maintain a good understanding of the conduct risk requirements relevant to the role
  • Sustain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring strong collaboration, industry understanding and regulatory adherence
  • QualificationsExperience
  • An experienced professional with a successful track record within financial services.
  • Demonstrable experience in product or marketing management in a financial services company;
  • Technical experience of developing pricing strategies and models;
  • Knowledge of the mortgage market, secured loan, BTL or regulated bridging market;
  • Knowledge of the broker market;
  • Open and collaborative style; must be comfortable working in an environment where ideas are shared and challenged;
  • Experience of setting a business plan and driving commercial improvements;
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; will understand how to align resources;
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions;
  • Strategic capability-sees big picture/underlying drivers;
  • Strong communication-internally and externally, one-to one and in groups/presentations;
  • Good people judgement and skills-motivate and manage well, handle conflict and difficult feedback positively/constructively at team and individual level;
  • Leadership-positive and proactive, leads by example with a clarity of vision and ability to communicate with conviction, courageous in decision making-role model for organisational values-team leader and team member;
  • Accounting or Financial background
