We are currently working with one of the UKs fasted growing Financial Services Groups who are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst (FP&A) to join their Commercial Finance team based in Cheadle. This role will offer hybrid working, and welcomes candidatesto work from home although fully remote candidates can not be considered. This role would suit a strong business partner with an analytical mind (and BI tools would be advantageous but not a prerequisite) who is keen to grow and develop in a fast paced environment. Key responsibilities:* Ensure the production, delivery, understanding and presentation of insightful financial analysis; proactively developing new analysis and insight to support business decisions* Maintain and develop the models for month end reporting using Excel, PowerQuery and MDX; including forecast and budget comparators* Work in collaboration across Group Finance functions* Monthly cost analysis to provide transparency of costs* Provide analysis of cost per customer by activity including cost to sell, cost to process and cost to serve * Cost Business Partner for the senior management team* Support the forecasting and budgeting process, including leading on cost analysis* Contribute to a wide range of projects and initiatives as requiredKey Requirements* ACCA / CIMA / ACA Qualified or Part Qualified * Strong Excel and IT skills* Experience of data analysis and insight* Experience of Financial Planning and Analysis* Ability to choose and use a range of financial tools and techniques* Motivated to take ownership of own work and seek further responsibility* Commercially focusedBenefits include* £38,000 - £45,000 depending on experience/level of qualification* Flexible working including the ability to work from home (not fully remote)* A clear path for progression* 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising to 30 days + BH with service * Life Assurance* Pension* Gym Access* Much more!
