Senior Account Director - Existing Accounts - Hybrid/Manchester - Up to £70k base with x2 OTEThe company in question is one of the most well established MSPs in the North West, covering a wide managed service remit with a specific focus on the Microsoft Cloud suite.You would be coming onboard as a fully existing accounts Senior Account Director, the role has come about due to the CSO being in a player/manager position - as you can imagine he doesnt have the bandwidth to give this lucrative existing account base the loveit needs, so they need someone to focus solely on them due to the amount of potential in this base. You are coming into an SMC/Enterprise account base that is generating roughly £500k GP off the bat, so that give you an indication as to the level of clients they have.If youre more new business focussed, or would like to be more new business focussed, the have 2x Hybrid Account Management/New Business Account Director roles - get in touch if any of these positions sound of interest!Responsibilities* Manage existing account base in the SMC/Enterprise space* Develop a go-to-market strategy for target accounts* Schedule and attend customer meetings/online sessions to present the portfolio and demonstrate the solution* Successfully forecast and build a pipeline of growth opportunities* Achieve and exceed sales target* Work with internal marketing and channel partners to drive activity* Manage inbound leads through to opportunities and closed business* Ensure accurate and predictable forecasting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basisSkills/Experience* 3+ years track record - end user focused role ideally within SMC/Enterprise segment* Extensive knowledge of Managed Services* Self-starter with a high-energy approach* Experience dealing with, or close to, and account bae generating £500k GP* Demonstrable selling skills with examples of SMC/Enterprise project/account wins* Excellent oral/written communications skills, including strong presentation skills* Technically competent with an ability to learn and communicate the technical aspects of the solutions to a reasonable level of depth* Excellent customer engagement and relationship building skills
