Job Description

This role is for short notice cover for annual leave and sickness cover.It is not regular weekly work and I cannot confirm any start date at this point.Hours will be 0800-1630 in Cheadle, Manchester SK8General job description

  • issues passes
  • letting visitors and staff in and out of the car park
  • room booking
  • dealing with post and liaising with head office staff
Normal receptionist duties such as switchboard cover, working to tight deadlines, multi tasking, administration work, being organised and able work in a fast paced environment.If and when a booking arises you will be given training one day before so it is essential you are an experienced front of house assistant and receptionist and can adapt to new systems easily and work well individually as well as with others.Please only apply if you have receptionist experience and are happy to be called at short notice.Please ensure your CV is up to date with all your experience which matches this role.
