Purchase Ledger ClerkCheadle Hulme Stockport- Office BasedImmediate StartClient DetailsA rare opportunity has arisen with a leading Property business based in Brand new offices in Cheadle Hulme, Stockport for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Finance Team. This company are a well known name in their sector and seen as a market leader.They are currently going through an exciting period of growth making it an excellent time to join the business.DescriptionThe Purchase Ledger role is a Temporary to Permanent role and will be 100% office based in Cheadle Hulme, Stockport. Reporting to the Finance Manager Key duties will include:

  • Purchase ledger - Processing invoices, coding, chasing queries with suppliers and internal teams based on site, reconciling supplier statements, and preparing payment runs
* Thoroughly checking delivery notes against invoices and raising queries* Completing supplier credit account forms* Bank reconciliation* Managing expenses* Monitoring and reporting on fuel usage on site and fuel cards* Managing company fuel cards* Supplying site and suppliers with purchase order numbers* Accounts administration* Answering accounts telephone callsProfileIn order to apply for the role you should:Have previous experience in Accounts Payable/Purchase LedgerBe available to consider a Temporary to Permanent roleBe able to commute to Cheadle Hulme OfficeJob OfferOpportunity for role to be extendedOpportunity to join market leading companyFree Parking on site
