Here at Human Appeal we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Executive to join our team based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester.The role will be worked on a hybrid schedule, consisting of 3 days in office and 2 days working from home. You will join us on a full-time basis as part of an initial 1-year fixed term contract with a view to progressing into a permanent role. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £24-27k per annum.Human Appeal is a faith-based charity that aims to abolish poverty by providing humanitarian aid, sustainable development programs and championing advocacy for our beneficiaries worldwide.As Project Executive, the successful candidate will play an integral role in tracking and monitoring the organisations campaign and non-campaign production of video and design assets, and supporting the Campaigns and Project Manager with the running ofthe organisations production timeline. All with a view to enabling the delivery of high quality campaigns which result in increased awareness, understanding, donations, engagement and retention with Human Appeal amongst our key target audiences and stakeholders.We are ideally looking to appoint somebody immediately to this role.Benefits of joining us as our Project Executive include:- 35 days Annual Leave- Matched pension contribution- Employee discounts and memberships- Access to wellbeing hub- Prayer facilities- Opportunity to really make a difference!Key duties and responsibilities of the Project Executive:- Project managing campaigns and non-campaign creative requests for the design and video teams on Asana- Supporting the Campaigns and Project Manager with the day-to-day running of the organizations production timeline.- Holding and contributing to regular insight meetings with clients.- Day-to-day running and recommendations for optimisation- Creating project timelines and working closely with the creative lead to monitor project timelines- Being the main point of contact between the internal client and creative department- Being responsible for leading on meetings between the client and creative team, noting actions and sending minutes to all involved, post meeting. Following up on meeting actions- Ensuring briefs are clear and complete, reaching out to the client where the brief is not clear and complete- Ensuring delivery of assets to the client- Using the project management system, Asana, to set up projects and monitor these daily- Maintaining close working relationships with communications colleagues in partner organisations and collaborate on joint campaigns and other communications activities- Being a positive and organised member of the communications and campaigns team, liaising with other teams internally to support project delivery- Creating reports to support internal stakeholders- Developing and implementing clear and effective campaign plans for our campaigns, in coordination with colleagues in the Communications TeamWhat were looking for in our Project Executive:- Degree in a relevant field, e.g., Communications, Marketing, International Development is essential- At least 2-3 years experience in a similar role within a campaigning, marketing or broadcast, communications remit- Experience of running successful campaigns- Proven experience in communicating with customers or supporters and managing relationships- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office Suite- Experience of using project management software, such as Trello, Asana, Monday etc.- Fluent written and spoken English is essential- Passionate and knowledgeable about the international development sectorThis would be an ideal role for an experienced Project Executive looking to make a difference in a rewarding role within the Charity Sector!We are looking to appoint this role ASAP and will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis so for the best chance of success please click apply today to become our Project Executive we would love to hear from you.Disclaimer: Please be aware that due to the anticipated quantity of response, we will only be contacting candidates who are shortlisted to interview stage.
