Here at Human Appeal we have an exciting opportunity for a People and Culture (HR) Manager to join our team based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester.You will join us on a full-time basis on a permanent contract and, in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £42-45kper annum.Human Appeal is a faith-based charity that aims to abolish poverty by providing humanitarian aid, sustainable development programs and championing advocacy for our beneficiaries worldwide.As People and Culture (HR) Manager, the successful candidate will play an integral role in managing all aspects of HR and the full employee lifecycle for Human Appeal’s (HA) UK and US offices, while providing technical support and oversight to HA’s globalfundraising offices (Ireland, France, Spain etc.). This will include all aspects of organisation design, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, performance and talent management, employee engagement and employee relations. All in order to enhancethe efficiency and productivity of HA, to enable an increase in income and organisational growth year-on-year, as well as to ensure HA’s compliance with employment law in order to protect the organisation from economic and reputational harm.We are ideally looking to appoint somebody immediately to this role.Benefits of joining us as our People and Culture (HR) Manager include:
