Its what delivering great healthcare should feel like.What you will be doingYou will support and supervise a range of professionals, including Nurses, Senior Nurses and clinical staff as your create a safe environment to provide care to people with mental health needs, learning disabilities and/or autism in Cheadle, Staffordshire.You will work within an identified career development pathway and be expected to complete appropriate competency development portfolio.No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine. Gaining experience across low secure and locked rehabilitation environments to support better health and greater independence.Youll work in environments ranging from small village cottages, where independent living skills can be developed, to 8 bedded units that facilitate the development of daily living skills.
