Are you an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse with experience from the NHS or private care If so, join the team at The Woodhouse in Cheadle.As a Night Charge Nurse & Site Coordinator, you will lead and manage the quality of care during the night shifts and will be a part of multidisciplinary team that innovates, delivers and improves care. If you have the aspiration, capability and dedication, we can give you the support and opportunities to help you achieve your career goals.Things you will have * RMN/RNMH/RNLD* Recognised Mentorship certification * Leadership skills & experience* Experience in managing complex cases* Administrative, planning and organisational skills.* Verbal and written communication skills.Where you will be workingLocation: The Woodhouse, Lockwood Road, Cheadle, Staffordshire ST10 4QUWorking alongside a multidisciplinary team, youll provide person-centred care for male and female patients with a learning disability/ autism or personality disorder. Gaining experience across low secure and locked rehabilitation environments to support better health and greater independence.Youll work in environments ranging from small village cottages, where independent living skills can be developed, to 8 bedded units that facilitate the development of daily living skills.
