Job Description

My client based in Cheadle is looking for a Medical Secretary to join their hardworking and friendly team.Salary: £23,000pa (£11.80ph)Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (30-minute lunch) - can be flexible with start and end timesThis is a temporary role and will run for 2 months minimum with the potential to be extended.Key Duties:

  • Audio Typing
  • Diary Management
  • Produce documents where needed
  • Answer telephone queries
  • Writing letters
  • Filing
  • Updating systems and databases
  • All other duties as required
Experience Required:
  • High attention to detail
  • Great customer service skills both face to face, over the phone and via email.
  • At least 2 years experience in an administrative role
  • Audio Typing experience
  • Working in a medical environment in desirable but not essential
  • Hardworking and punctual
