Job Description

Job Title: Insight AnalystLocation: CheadleSalary: 35K (DOE)Position Overview:As an Insight Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that guide business strategies. We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with an analytical mindset to sit above the sales team and helpmake informed business decisions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics.
  • Continuously refine and optimize analytical processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Statistics or mathematics is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Insight Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
