Job Description

HR OfficerCheadle£27,000 + benefitsReed HR are partnered with a fantastic organisation based in Cheadle to support with the expansion of their HR team.As a HR Advisor you will be a key member of the team in ensuring the well-being of the workforce and contribute to the company’s success.If you are a HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, HR Officer or similar and are looking for an outstanding opportunity to take a step up to an advisory role please send your CV for immediate consideration.Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing professional and timely HR advice and support.
  • Assist with coordinating managing and monitoring absence and provide advice and support to managers, as well as, attending review meetings. You will be also be involved in more complex cases.
  • Ensure that HR records are accurate and maintained and provide regular management reports related to HR topics.
  • Support and manage low level ER cases and attend investigation meetings
  • Demonstrate dedication to equality, diversity and inclusion and assist with the establishment of good employment practice
Requirements:
  • Previous HR experience
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to use Microsoft Office
  • God team working abilities
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Friendly and professional manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • CIPD qualified or working towards would be advantageous
