They work with manufacturing and infrastructurebusinesses to support their technology needs whilst providing great customer service and technical solutions.In this role you will be responsible for tasks that liaise across the breadth of the company, supporting Product Management and Pre-Sales (BDM and Technical); whilst working with the delivery teams to ensure all aspects of hardware processing are adequatelycontrolled to a high standard. You will be responsible for the running of the hardware workshop where computer equipment is received into stock, configured if required and then dispatched to the end user.You will have the ability to work effectively within a team environment, be able to confidently communicate with customers and clients, ensuring standards are kept throughout and targets are met. Having experience working with modern hardware technology, inventorycontrol, QA Testing, invoicing, licencing and product management.
