Job Description

Global View Lead Consultant (Data Integration)Job DescriptionThe GV Lead Consultant role is the primary functional and technical liaison between ADP and the client for Systems Integration. The GV Consultant meets with the client to conduct initial project activities, analyzes existing client systems,interface requirements and critical business issues (CBIs) with a consultative approach and set up the required interfaces from/to ADP Workforce Manager or Enterprise EeTime. The Integration Specialist participates in establishing and monitoring of clientimplementation schedule and report status to Project Team members. The GV Lead Consultant also prepares individual work plans in conjunction with established project milestones in a manner consistent with ADP project standards. The associates are expectedto independently manage their workload to ensure that they are meeting project timelines and communicating with the client and project team as defined in the Implementation best practices.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the main point of contact for anything Integration related, for the client and for ADP project teams
  • Perform workshops to gather information on the clients requirements.
  • Design and document the clients solution including business requirements, interface specifications and any other specifications required according to ADPs methodology and project scope.
  • Take ownership of the configuration and work with other teams/streams/areas to deliver and unit test the system as designed.
  • Take ownership of issues & gaps between client requirement and ADP WFM product and work with other teams/streams/areas to resolve them
  • Provide guidance to the client in preparing testing activities (test scripts, scenarios ..)
  • Support clients through the User Acceptance, Parallel Testing and Go-Live phases
  • Support data migration activities like data cleansing, mapping and conversion.
  • Ensure handover to client services following ADP handover methodology
  • Support with onboarding activities for new Associates
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, or Business Administration preferred (or equivalent in training and experience).
  • 2+ years progressive experience in a data integration and technical service role that is client facing and responsible for integrating multiple systems.
  • A Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly, lead and work on multiple projects simultaneously, and be result oriented.
  • Have the ability to identify and resolve critical client issues at all levels of complexity.
  • Language skills required are business-proficient English, other European languages are a plus
  • Consultative and collaborative approach is required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreference will be given to candidates who have the following:
  • Prior experience working with ADP Enterprise eTIME, ADP Workforce Manager, Experience in implementing UKG Workforce Central, or UKG Workforce Dimensions
  • General understanding of HR and Payroll systems and processes
  • Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, Dell Boomi, Python, XML, Siebel, Confluence, APIs, Workday, Oracle cloud integration, etc.
  • A strong combination of excellent communication and technical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of ADP products and systems. Experience working with large clients preferred.
