Full-Stack Software Developer | Upto £65,000 Basic | Handforth / Hybrid.Net Core | C# | Azure | TDD | React | Web/REST API | DevOps | Agile | Unit Test | SOLIDThe CompanyMy client are within the retail sector. They are going through a full digital transformation currently which means loads of greenfield work.The Software Developer will be the services development team to deliver service implementations, working with .Net Core, React, Azure and LOADS of other Tech. This role will work across the stakeholder community, interacting with a variety of business areasand across product management to define and enhance the products under development.The role involves a full digital transformation, so all the work is greenfield.What You Will Be Doing

• FullStack Development - .Net Core, React, Azure - Design and develop solutions
• Some of the tech you might touch is the likes of BigQuery, Spanner, Snowflake, Redshift, RabbitMQ, Kafka, PubSub, Jenkins, Spinnaker, TeamCity, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
• Other technology you might use will be Cosmos DB, GIT, Unit Tests (XUnit/Fluent Assertions), Application Insights, Sonar Cloud, Azure DevOps, Typescript, CSS/SCSS/SASS, HTML
• Service Design and Development - Design and develop Service solutions
• Designs and develops services and API solutions to business problems
• Where appropriate produces re-usable components and services which can be used to develop further applications more efficiently
• Produces and maintains appropriate levels of documentation for the software being built
• Develops and maintains appropriate unit and integration testing suites using techniques such as TDD during the development lifecyle
• Works with product ownership team to help define and prioritise features for the product backlog
• Interacts with 3rd party stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of software components
• Software Development Lifecycle - plays a role in the agile software development lifecycle
• Actively participates in all aspects of the agile software development lifecycle
• Agile Backlog Refinement and estimation (e.g. Planning Poker, Three Amigos)
• Sprint Planning
• Software Development and Daily Standups
• Sprint Showcases / Demos
• Retrospectives

The Skills Needed

• Experience of developing using C# & fullstack experience - ideally React
• A good understanding of Service oriented design and software Development and the ecosystem and technologies in use
• Knowledge of Software / Process / Project lifecycles with an understanding of Agile working practices
• Some knowledge of frameworks, patterns and practices used to develop software and experience of using C# as a development language of choice
• Customer-oriented approach and outcome focused
• Experience of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
