Job Description

Data & Dialler ManagerCheadle, Cheshire£30,000Taywood Recruitment is seeking a driven individual with a proven track record within a Data or Dialler position. This exciting opportunity would suit a motivated individual with a background in call centres and data/dialler analytics.Duties

  • Provide accurate MI and dialler analysis and make recommendations for optimising KPIs
  • Working towards deadlines
  • Build and maintain stakeholder and peer relationships
  • Be the point of contact and liaison for the data technology suppliers and stakeholders
  • Monitor and manage real-time adherence to KPI and call achievements
  • Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring of lead quality across various campaigns
  • Monitor dialler performance
  • Provide effective strategies to enhance the inbound/outbound dialling environment
  • To drive increased sales levels and productivity through use of the dialler system and associated tools and software
  • Skills Required
  • Experience working in a Dialler/Data role (CONNEX Dialler)
  • Understanding of OFCOM and GDPR guideline to ensure compliance is upheld
  • Proficient in all MS packages - especially Excel
  • Strong communication skills and confident liaising with all levels of the business
